Let’s be real: planning a year is hard, and it never really stops. What each day looks like, what you’re teaching, the books, printables and art plans that go with it, times a hundred and eighty days. KlassKarma is where the whole year lives, and you fill it in by talking to the same assistant you already use for everything else.
Open a day and it’s all there, ready to print or to put up on the classroom screen.
No student records
Students do not log in to KlassKarma. There are no student accounts and no way to create one. Accounts are just for teachers.
KlassKarma uses no student or school data whatsoever. There is no roster, no grades, no attendance, no names: there is nowhere to put them. Your roster stays in the district system, where it belongs.
What lives in KlassKarma is a schedule and a plan for the day, the same thing you’re probably keeping in a planning book or a Word document right now.
There is no AI, you already have one
There is no chatbot built into KlassKarma, and that’s on purpose. You already have an assistant you know and trust, whether that’s ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and it’s better than anything a planner app could bake in. So rather than ask you to deal with yet another AI, KlassKarma lets you use the one you already have to ideate and plan. When you’re ready, you or your assistant can update your KlassKarma agenda.
Updating your agenda is a conversation
You connect your assistant once, and after that you just say the word.
