Let’s be real: planning a year is hard, and it never really stops. What each day looks like, what you’re teaching, the books, printables and art plans that go with it — times a hundred and eighty days. KlassKarma is where the whole year lives, and you fill it in by talking to the same assistant you already use for everything else.
Open a day and it’s all there, ready to print or to put up on the classroom screen.
You already have the AI
There is no chatbot built into KlassKarma, and that’s on purpose. You already have an assistant you know and trust, whether that’s ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and it’s better than anything a planner app could bake in. So rather than ask you to learn a new one, KlassKarma lets the one you already use do the planning for you.

It writes the plans straight into KlassKarma, and you open the app and see them.
It shows what it planned from
Give it your curriculum — a Frog Street week, a pacing guide, the state foundations — and it plans from that and notes what it drew on. When a principal or a parent asks what was covered, the answer is already written down.
Tuesday happens all day
Planning happens in bursts. Tuesday happens all day. So the app itself never needs an assistant running. The month view shows the year at a glance, the day view shows the schedule with everything attached, and Display puts the agenda on the TV in big type for the class.
Small changes, right in the app
Days never go the way they were written. Circle time runs long. An assembly eats the morning. Tap a block’s duration and nudge it five minutes at a time, then pick which block gives the minutes up. Recess and lunch stay locked, because those were never yours to move.
You can also rename a block, jot a note on one, or attach a resource. No typing clock times, and no assistant required.

KlassKarma doesn’t hold a roster, grades or attendance. There is nowhere to put them. A birthday on the calendar is whatever you choose to write on it. Your roster stays in the district system, where it belongs.
